Who this service helps
Drug-free men age 18 or older with a substance-use history, at least 30 days of sobriety, low-to-moderate income, a qualifying diagnosed chronic health condition, and a desire to live free of drugs and alcohol.

Service area: Primarily Harris County, with support across the Houston EMSA/HSDA including Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Galveston, Liberty, Chambers, and Waller counties, Texas.

About this service
Participants may remain for up to 24 months while receiving case management, support groups, counseling, recovery support, job training when able to work, and other supportive services in a therapeutic environment.
