How to get help
A parent or caregiver should contact the student's participating school and ask for a referral. Schools or juvenile probation offices interested in adding a counselor may call 903-939-9010.

Students at participating campuses may be referred for counseling; the official page states that any student on a participating campus can access counseling at no cost and that any referred teen will be seen, subject to counselor caseload and waiting time.
