Rent-free when entering unemployed. After employment, the program lists a $750 monthly refundable occupancy charge and $250 monthly utility charge; the occupancy charge is returned when savings and completion requirements are met.

Provides up to nine months of housing in 23 furnished apartments, weekly success and financial coaching, employment support, childcare, afterschool and summer programs, counseling, and wellness services.
