How to get help
Call 1-888-411-6802 and select option 3, leave a message if staff are assisting another caller, or submit the official online assessment. Calls are returned in order of urgency.
Who this service helps
Applicant must be age 18 or older, have at least one child under 18 in their care and custody, be homeless or facing homelessness within 72 hours, and currently reside in Dallas or Collin County. The official page states resources are not available for migrant, refugee, or asylee families.
