Shelter residents work with an assigned case manager. Other survivors should call the outreach office at 972-422-2911 to schedule a housing-support intake.

Domestic-abuse survivors with housing needs; shelter residents may be assessed for rapid rehousing, and non-shelter survivors may request an outreach intake, subject to program requirements and funding.
