How to get help
Complete the online application, participate in an initial phone screening and a second interview if eligible, then complete an in-person intake. The provider states the shelter screening process usually takes three to five days.

Single-parent, dual-parent, or multigenerational families with a head of household age 18 or older and at least one dependent child under 18; must have lived or worked in Collin County, have a working vehicle, and meet current screening and program expectations.
