How to get help
Enrollment is by Coordinated Access System referral only; direct referrals are not accepted. Shelter case managers or outreach teams can assist with CAS access.

People experiencing homelessness who qualify through the Coordinated Access System; the provider defines covered homelessness as sleeping in a place not meant for habitation or staying in an emergency shelter or Safe Haven.
