How to get help
Report the concern by phone or email with the business or applicator, service location, date, pesticide or treatment, alleged violation, impacts, and supporting records. An inspector may contact the complainant, meet to ask questions, and gather physical or documentary evidence.

People reporting adverse effects from a structural pesticide application, use inconsistent with the product label, unlicensed structural pest-control activity, certain incomplete or inaccurate wood-destroying-insect reports, or another possible pesticide-law violation.
