How to get help
Complete, sign, notarize, and mail the original Verified Complaint Form RPC-405; complete Form RPC-404; and include a check or money order for the fee. Keep copies and include invoices, contracts, delivery records, and payment evidence.
Who this service helps
Produce growers and dealers with qualifying unpaid Texas-grown commodity transactions. TDA must receive the complaint and fee no later than two years after payment was due.

$50 filing fee.
About this service
The Fund investigates eligible nonpayment claims and may attempt settlement. Unresolved matters may proceed to an administrative-law hearing, and contested decisions may be heard by the Fund Board.
