How to get help
Appellate representation follows an eligible IOIC case and section review. The incarcerated person must send an I-60 or letter by truck mail, mark the envelope 'Legal Mail,' and include the person's name and TDCJ-ID number. If served with legal papers, send them immediately with the request to the Conroe address. Family members cannot submit requests.
