How to get help
Submit the complete rehabilitation application and required ownership, insurance, tax, identity, income, asset, and household records to the Grants and Housing Department. Applications are processed by submission date.

Low-income owner-occupant of an eligible detached single-family residence; current taxes; clear deed requirements; required fire, flood, windstorm, and hail insurance; property must be substandard before work and code-compliant afterward.
