Who this service helps
Adults in the service area diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, or major depressive disorder may qualify after clinical assessment and program review.
Where this service is available
Service area: Gregg, Harrison, Rusk, and Upshur counties within the assigned region; Community Healthcore also serves Bowie, Cass, Marion, Panola, and Red River counties.
