Referrals must come through Child Protective Services. Confirm the referral pathway and voucher availability with CPS and the Housing Assistance Office.

Eligible young adults leaving or recently having left foster care who meet current HUD FYI age, child-welfare history, homelessness risk, income, and documentation requirements.
