Join the prospective-applicant list, attend an informational workshop during an open application period, and submit a complete application with required financial documentation and fees when applications are open.

Applicants are evaluated for housing need, willingness to partner, ability to pay, income guidelines, acceptable credit, manageable debt, and ability to complete at least 250 sweat-equity hours.
