Youth age 18 through 24 who left foster care or will leave within 90 days under a transition plan and who were homeless or at risk of homelessness at age 16 or older.

Service area: LHA jurisdiction includes Longview, Kilgore, Henderson, Carthage, and Beckville; within East Texas this covers Gregg, Henderson, and Rusk counties.
