Call 210-384-1254, email [email protected], or submit the official Request an Appointment form. The practice reviews needs and preferences, matches the teen with a clinician, and explains confidentiality and parent collaboration at the first session.

Teenagers whose concerns are appropriate for outpatient counseling, including anxiety, depression, family conflict, bullying, trauma, grief, identity questions, self-esteem difficulties, risky behavior, substance use, or eating-disorder concerns. Parent involvement is included when appropriate.

Published self-pay therapy fees are $190 for a doctorate-level clinician, $130 for a licensed master's-level clinician, and $90 for a provisionally licensed associate; student practicum services may use a sliding scale.
