Teens and adults needing more support than weekly therapy while remaining at home, including people stepping down from inpatient or partial-hospitalization care. Enrollment is subject to an assessment of program fit.

Cost / fees

Private pay starts at $95 per session. The program accepts Lyra Health EAP and select Aetna, United Healthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. Sliding-scale assistance may be available through community donations.

About this service

The program addresses anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, burnout, ADHD, executive-function challenges, relationship or family conflict, and life transitions. It blends CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, executive-skills coaching, trauma-informed care, individual check-ins, and skills training.
