Private-pay diagnostic screening and a mental-health report start at $360 and include three assessments, release-of-information work for medical records, and a simple report. Multiple disorders, multiple record releases, or a comprehensive report cost more.
About this service
The screening uses three evidence-based tools per condition. Medical clearance is required first to rule out health causes, and parent or partner input may be included when helpful. Autism evaluations are not offered at this location.
