About this service
The Academy option teaches professional and advanced obedience techniques, public and home handling, disability- or PTSD-mitigation tasks, ADA service-dog requirements, and canine care and nutrition. Participants train as a K9 team for up to 30 hours weekly and may have the option to purchase the trained dog after treatment.
