About this service
Yoga classes are adapted for service-related injuries, limited mobility, trauma responses, and each participant's physical abilities. Sessions use controlled breathing, gentle movement, body-awareness exercises, grounding, and self-regulation skills to address tension, hypervigilance, anxiety, stress, and mind-body disconnection.
