How to get help
Contact [email protected] or 210-733-3349 for intake. The official FAQ describes an online intake packet, a paid one-hour intake appointment and completion of required documentation by both parties before exchanges begin; families without a court order should confirm documentation requirements with intake because the page's registration instructions reference a signed order.
Who this service helps
Families whose parents mutually agree to use the service or have a Rule 11 Agreement; a court order is not required, although court-ordered families may also participate.

Guardian House acts as a neutral go-between for parents during child pick-up and drop-off, supervises children while they wait and documents scheduling and communications. The service is intended to provide safety and peace of mind when parents cannot have contact with each other.
