How to get help
Email [email protected] with the signed court order. Guardian House generally sends an online intake packet within two business days; each party must complete the packet, documentation, fees and a paid one-hour intake appointment before visits begin. A child orientation is conducted when it can be scheduled.

With a Bexar County Two Page Order, income-based fees start at $10 per visitation hour. Without that order, the published range is $95-$155 per hour; a separate one-hour intake appointment is paid.
About this service
Guardian House provides neutral supervised visitation that monitors and documents parent-child interactions while preventing contact between the adults. Staff support relationship healing, healthy parenting practices and children's coping skills and voice; visits are generally limited to two hours.
