About this service
Ending the Silence teaches students about signs and symptoms of mental illness, the impact on youth, recovery and coping strategies, ways to seek help and ways to reduce stigma. A trained team includes a young adult with school-age mental health experience and a family member of someone who experienced mental health challenges in school.
