How to get help
Obtain an application at a Montgomery County Women's Center location or receive a referral from a counselor, advocate, or case manager. Submit the application and requested documents, including financial statements and employment verification. Applicants meeting initial criteria are invited to a three-staff-member interview.

The applicant or applicant's child must be a survivor of family or sexual violence; the adult applicant must be employed full-time; the household must not be in imminent danger; the applicant must own a vehicle; and the household must meet HUD income guidelines.
