How to get help
Submit the documents required by the official page before scheduling: identification, one month of pay stubs, two months of complete bank statements, two years of complete tax returns with W-2 or 1099 forms, the most recent mortgage statement, and applicable closing documents. Contact the Affordable Housing Program for an appointment; additional documents may be required depending on the issue.
