Complete the Onward at the Valley interest form and meet with program staff. Contact Melinda Berry at 903-675-6224 or [email protected] for help reviewing eligibility and accessing the Education and Training Voucher application resources.
Who this service helps
Current or former foster-care students may be eligible, including students currently in foster or extended care, alumni who aged out of Texas foster care, students adopted or placed in permanent guardianship after age 16, and students who experienced foster care in another state. Final voucher eligibility is determined under the applicable ETV program rules.
