For Anderson and Rusk counties except Frankston, call 903-729-0612 x4. For Frankston, call 903-876-4583. For Cherokee County, call 903-586-3939. Who this service helps

Generally age 60 or older, homebound, unable to cook or without someone who can cook, and meeting the provider's assessment threshold. The provider notes that some people under 60 may qualify under additional criteria and that Medicaid members may ask their caseworker about adding meals to their plan.
