How to get help
Call H.O.P.E. at 903-586-7781 to request current application instructions and confirm required proof of age, gross income, household size, and qualifying-benefit documentation, as well as distribution timing.
Who this service helps
Applicants must be age 60 or older and provide proof of gross income. Current recipients of SNAP, SSI, or Medicaid automatically qualify; otherwise household gross income must be at or below the limits published by H.O.P.E.
