Call 903-753-3561 or visit the Family Service Center to confirm funding and complete intake. Bring all required financial-assistance documents and the utility bill. Financial-management classes are required after the second and third utility assists to receive further financial help.

Longview residents with a utility bill in the applicant's name that is within five days of its due or disconnect date. Required documents include proof of Longview residency, adult household photo identification, household income or assistance proof, Social Security cards for household members, the bill, and proof that the remainder can be paid. Additional frequency and class requirements apply.
