How to get help
The published 2026 registration dates were July 6–9 at the St. Paul Family Services Building and have passed. Call 903-595-5525 or email [email protected] to ask about any remaining 2026 help or the next registration cycle.
Who this service helps
Low-income children in East Texas attending schools that require uniforms. A parent or guardian must register and provide a current address and phone number, a current report card for each child, shoe and underwear sizes, and a Head Start or pre-K admission letter when applicable.
