How to get help
Call 903-597-7284 during office hours to request an appointment. Bring a copy of the utility disconnect notice and be prepared to establish that the applicant is the account holder or an authorized user.
Who this service helps
The person requesting help must be named on the utility account or be an authorized user, have a past-due bill subject to disconnection, and provide a copy of the disconnect notice. Assistance is limited to no more than once every 12 months and depends on funding.
