How to get help
Use the Register Here link on the official page to create a free ShareWell account and join a Zoom session. Arrive on time because PSI admits up to 16 participants and closes the group when capacity is reached or talk time begins. The group does not permit behavioral details, weight numbers, or comparisons and is not a meal-support group.
Who this service helps
Mothers and birthing people from pregnancy through four years postpartum who currently experience or have previously experienced an eating disorder. No formal diagnosis is required.

The group welcomes people navigating many forms of disordered eating, including restrictive or compensatory patterns, overexercising, compulsive checking, and distressing food or body thoughts.
