How to get help
Use the Register Here link on the official page to create a free ShareWell account and join the Zoom session. The group is limited to 12 participants, so PSI advises joining five minutes early. Cameras are required only during introductions, and registration closes when the group is full.
Who this service helps
Autistic pregnant and postpartum moms and birthing people through four years postpartum; a formal autism diagnosis is not required. The group is not intended for processing pregnancy or infant loss trauma.

Service area: Virtual perinatal autism peer support accessible in the United States and Canada, including all eight assigned East Texas counties.

About this service
PSI-trained leaders with lived or professional experience facilitate support around sensory sensitivities, unpredictability, transitions, emotional regulation, and the sensory and social demands of parenting. Optional discussion questions are sent in advance, and sharing beyond required introductions is optional.
