How to get help

Use the Register Here link on the official page to create a free ShareWell account and choose a Zoom session. Arrive on time because PSI admits up to 16 participants and closes the group when capacity is reached or talk time begins. Use 988 for crisis support.

Who this service helps

Moms and birthing people from pregnancy through four years postpartum who experience bipolar symptoms; an official diagnosis is not required. The group is not intended for a mental-health crisis or for processing pregnancy or infant loss trauma.
