How to get help
Choose a group and submit the corresponding interest form on the official page, then use the emailed registration link to register at least four hours before the meeting. The Zoom join link is emailed approximately 15 minutes before the group starts, and groups lock one minute after the scheduled start.
Who this service helps
People at any stage of eating-disorder concern or recovery, regardless of formal diagnosis, identity, background, or experience, plus eligible caregivers and siblings. Participants generally must be 18 or older except for the designated teen and young-adult group.

Service area: Nationwide virtual eating-disorder peer support, including all eight assigned East Texas counties.

About this service
ANAD offers small 75-minute Zoom groups for people navigating body-image concerns, disordered eating, eating disorders, or long-term recovery, along with groups for caregivers and siblings. Current group topics include general recovery, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, older adults, athletes, teens and young adults, men, people in larger bodies, ARFID, binge-eating disorder, chronic illness or disability, and family-support groups.
