Call or text 833-852-6262 or use the web chat on the official hotline page. TTY users may use a preferred relay service or dial 711 before the hotline number. This is not a suicide-crisis line; call or text 988 for suicidal crisis and call 911 for imminent danger.
Who this service helps
Pregnant people, people who recently had a baby, new parents, and partners or family members affected by pregnancy or a new baby's birth; no diagnosis is required to seek support.

Professional counselors listen, provide real-time support and information, connect callers with local organizations or support groups, and refer to health-care or telehealth professionals when more care is needed. Counselors speak English and Spanish, and interpretation is available for more than 60 additional languages.
