Use the official group directory to open the relevant Facebook group, personally request to join, and answer all three screening questions. Moderator approval is required. Call 877-969-0010 for national-office information.

The Compassionate Friends maintains private groups organized by a child's age, sibling or grandchild loss, cause or circumstance of death, men's grief, family situation, faith perspective, and other interests. Bereaved parents, siblings, or grandparents moderate the groups.
