How to get help
Book online and select Dr. Jennifer Fast, or call 972-841-1731 and request ADHD testing. Complete required questionnaires and provide requested history or collateral contacts before the evaluation.

Children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with possible ADHD symptoms may request an evaluation. Appropriateness, guardian consent for minors, testing format, records or collateral requirements, and psychologist availability are confirmed before scheduling.
