How to get help
Call 469-379-8222 or submit the official Request Appointment form. Intake staff identify the appropriate prescribing provider and clinic based on the patient's needs, goals, and schedule.

Patients whose mental health needs may benefit from outpatient psychiatric medication evaluation or monitoring; age, diagnosis, medical history, medication needs, clinician availability, and prescribing appropriateness are assessed.

Cost / fees
