How to get help
Visit a participating clinic Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM for first-come, first-served access. Kaufman does not offer Priority Care on Fridays. Call 214-351-3490 with questions.

New and existing clients seeking urgent mental-health care. People with intellectual or developmental disabilities or substance-use disorders are referred to other providers.

Service area: Assigned-region walk-in locations are Harry Hines and Mesquite in Dallas County, Plano in Collin County, Waxahachie in Ellis County, and Kaufman in Kaufman County.
