How to get help
Visit the Wise County Center for same-day walk-in Open Access intake Monday–Friday. Daily new-intake spaces are limited, so arrive shortly before the office opens at 8:00 AM. The child must attend with a legal guardian and required guardianship or custody documents. Call 940-627-1251 for current details.

Youth ages 3–17 who meet Texas Resilience and Recovery guidelines, together with participating parents or caregivers; final eligibility is determined at assessment.
