Denton County MHMR offers free Mental Health First Aid training that teaches participants to recognize and respond to signs of mental health and substance-use challenges. Adult, Youth, and Teen curricula are offered through instructor-led in-person or blended formats, and successful participants receive a certificate valid for three years.
