Court referral is required. Intake is completed at the Frank Crowley Courthouse, Dallas County Jail, or in some cases in the community.

About this service
Metrocare's Outpatient Competency Restoration program meets with participants three to five times each week to teach them about the legal process and help them remain stable in the community. Services are delivered by medical, therapy, peer, and case-management professionals and include evidence-based recovery interventions.
