How to get help
Obtain a referral through Tarrant County Coordinated Entry, complete a psychosocial assessment and eligibility documentation, then work with a housing navigator on unit search and placement.
Who this service helps
Young adults ages 18 through 24 experiencing sheltered or unsheltered homelessness; priority is given to youth living with HIV/AIDS, and the scattered-site track requires a documented mental-health disability.
