Call 972-283-9090 or visit the Dallas clinic. Registration includes consents, a financial assessment, and registration information, followed by a clinical intake assessment, safety plan, and recovery plan. Bring photo identification, proof of residency, proof of income, and any insurance. Walk-ins must arrive at least two hours before closing.
