Who this service helps
People from three weeks through one year postpartum who stopped breastfeeding or bodyfeeding earlier than intended or experienced severe difficulties that left feeding expectations unmet. The group excludes people who chose not to breastfeed and people seeking lactation advice; it is not for processing pregnancy or infant loss trauma.

Service area: Free virtual group accessible to eligible postpartum participants in the North Texas region and elsewhere.

About this service
PSI-trained leaders with lived or professional experience provide a safe environment to share experiences and process difficult emotions when breastfeeding or bodyfeeding ends before the participant is ready. The group addresses emotional and mental-health impacts but does not provide lactation advice.
