How to get help

Use the Register Here link on the official group page to access ShareWell and Zoom. People still experiencing psychosis or another mental-health emergency are directed by PSI to contact 988. Skip the paid unlimited offer and arrive on time because only the first 16 participants are admitted.

Who this service helps

Moms and birthing people who experienced pregnancy or postpartum psychosis and are no longer in active psychosis; experiences may be recent or from years ago. The group is not for people in active psychosis or another mental-health emergency and is not for processing pregnancy or infant loss trauma.

About this service

This group connects pregnancy and postpartum psychosis survivors with peers who understand an experience that may include mania, hallucinations, paranoia, delusions, or other loss of contact with reality. Participants can discuss their recovery and learn helpful tools and resources.
