Use the Register link on the official group page to access ShareWell and Zoom. Skip the paid unlimited offer. Arrive on time because only the first 16 participants are admitted and entry closes when capacity is reached or talk time begins.

Parents and partners, including moms, dads, gestational parents, and non-gestational parents, from pregnancy through two years postpartum who experience perinatal OCD symptoms; an official diagnosis is not required.
