Use the Register Here link on the official group page to access ShareWell and Zoom. Optional discussion prompts are sent 24 hours in advance. Join five minutes early because this group is limited to 12 participants and closes when full.
Who this service helps
Autistic moms and birthing people during pregnancy through four years postpartum; a formal autism diagnosis is not required. The group is not for processing pregnancy or infant loss trauma.

PSI-trained leaders with lived or professional perinatal autism experience facilitate this online group. Participants can connect, share experiences, learn practical tools, and discuss sensory sensitivities, unpredictability, transitions, emotional regulation, and parenting's sensory and social demands. Sharing beyond required introductions is optional.
