About this service
This judgment-free group supports people navigating restrictive patterns, compensatory behaviors, overexercise, food or body obsessions, rigid beliefs, compulsive checking, food noise, and other disordered-eating experiences during pregnancy or postpartum. Participants share encouragement and resources without discussing behavior details, weights, or comparisons. It is not a meal-support group.
